Everything is a Better Change

Wow! That’s really the best word to describe how incredible my life has been lately and how amazingly happy I have been. *Smiles*. Have you ever heard the song “For Fiona” by No Use for a Name? Well, there is a line in the song that says “Nothing is the same. Everything is a BETTER change”. That’s exactly how I feel. Not only should you listen to the song because it is amazing and the band is just fantabulous. Haha. But, honestly, it is how I feel. Here are all the updates from the past week or so.

First off, on Monday of last week Stacy got a call from his now employer (Haha… he is actually at work there now) saying that he starts today (5/10) and to be there for a physical on Friday. Well, this is the job he REALLY wanted and has wanted to get for about a year now. So, you can only imagine how incredibly excited we were. Tehe. Anyways, the very next day we also not only got a call saying that we were approved for the apartment complex that we wanted to live at but that they had EXACTLY what we wanted (downstairs with a Fireplace) available on July 1st. Obviously, we TOOK it.

Now, this does mean breaking our lease but we talked to our apartment complex here and made arrangements and straightened everything out with them, so it is all going to work out okay. I’m just SO EXCITED.

Bottom line, we are moving on July 1st to the apartment of my DREAMS, Haha, and Hubby now has an incredible job where he will be making more than I am in just 90 days. I’m really happy for him and happy for the direction that our life is going.
Also, we will be having a fenced in backyard and are ALLOWED to have a Mastiff, so… Abby is now here to stay. I’m happy about it, even though I get UBER upset with her at times. But, at least now we will have the money to train her and she will have a place to run and play. It really will be TONS better. I can hardly wait. Not to mention, my Bestie will literally live right across the highway from me. I have missed her. Yeys! I hope we can finally make some time to hang out. I love her.

Lastly, in light of the extra monies we will be having we will also be updating some things around our apartment (like dining room table, new bed for Evan, and MUCH more) as well as making a plan to be out of debt COMPLETELY within one Year from him starting his job. I cannot WAIT for that day. Should be even sooner provided he will be getting bonuses and such, but… we are setting our goals to make sure we WILL reach them. So, overall, we are being UBER responsible and finally got the break in life that we needed. Praise Jesus!!!!!!

I finally feel like I am moving from “young adulthood” to being an ACTUAL adult and I love it. Finally!

Well, I love you all but it’s time to eat some food and spend some time with my lovely furbabies. Haha.

Much Love,
Mrs. Heidi Hardin
